Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end program lifecycle from activation to alumni transition Collaborate cross-functionally with city teams, central program teams, and other functions within the organization Analyze program metrics and create impact reports Support and engage with the learner community Track and measure community engagement metrics Manage program operations, resources, and stakeholder expectations Implement data collection and analysis frameworks Qualifications And Skills Minimum 3 years of any experience (depending on the role you select): Pathway 1, Pathway 2, AICE/VA/PF 1, AICE/VA/PF 2, AWS/SF/Cyber, Creative 1, Creative 2, Data/Community, FE/BE/Pro Dev 1 and FE/BE/Pro Dev 2.
