Introduction Mogale Tailings Retreatment is looking for a Learning and Development Intern to join a dynamic team. This position requires a candidate with an interest in Learning and Development, particularly in Mining or similar environment. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who thrives on challenges and is eager to contribute to the growth and success of the organization. Duties & Responsibilities Assist with administrative duties in the Learning and Development Assist with delivering training Assess occupational training Provide support to the Training Officer for Training reports Book internal and external training events Adhere to company policies and procedures Capture training conducted. Administration of Induction Make TMM licences and Training Passouts Liaison with Training providers for bookings and invoices Assist with SETA reports Prepare for internal and external audits Submit timely monthly training reports Desired Experience & Qualification Qualifications Matric Diploma /Bachelor’s degree in HR/HRD No Criminal Record Assessor/Facilitator Certificate will be advantageous You should have the following skills and experience: Communication – written and verbal communication Interpersonal Strong interest in Training and Development Microsoft office Analytical skills Willingness to learn Knowledge of LMS Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Package & Remuneration Market Related
