About the internship

As a Law/Legal intern at 3SC Solutions, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in contract management and corporate law. Join our dynamic team and learn from seasoned legal professionals as you assist with various legal matters and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients and vendors.

2. Conduct legal research and analysis on various corporate law issues.

3. Support the legal team in preparing legal documents, such as agreements and filings.

4. Assist in maintaining accurate legal records and documentation.
