Detailed Job Description of Foreign National: Service Support Solution includes diagnosis, resolution and reporting of customer issues and questions relating to Online Video Streaming paid content products. Service is Tier 1 end user support with escalations to Search Engine. In the future Tier 2 delivery may be added along with support of Search Engine’s Business partners Service channels may include inbound phone, email, chat, and potentially video conference. Technical Skills and Qualities Required: Written and Verbal Korean language skills. Experience / ability to translate Korean to English and vice versa.
