Job Summary:
The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring effective market coverage within the assigned territory. The role involves achieving sales and collection targets, promoting nutraceutical products, and ensuring strong execution across doctors, pharmacies, wholesalers, and hospitals while staying updated on market and competitor dynamics.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Sales & Business Development*
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within key accounts.
Drive revenue growth through effective territory planning and execution.
2. *Collections Management*
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual collection targets.
Monitor receivables and ensure timely collections from customers.
3. *Territory Coverage*
Ensure 100% coverage of all customers in the assigned territory.
Maintain regular and productive engagement with key stakeholders.
4. *Product Promotion*
Actively promote assigned nutraceutical products to:
Doctors
Pharmacies
Wholesalers
Deliver scientific product detailing and build strong product awareness.
5. *Market Execution & Availability*
Ensure availability of products at key retail counters and pharmacies.
Ensure presence and supply continuity in key hospitals.
Coordinate with distributors for optimal stock availability.
6. *Prescription Generation & Stock Liquidation*
Drive doctor prescriptions through effective engagement.
Ensure conversion of prescriptions into sales at pharmacies.
Monitor stock movement and ensure timely liquidation.
7. *Competitor Analysis & Market Intelligence*
Conduct regular competitor price surveys to benchmark company products.
Track and report competitor activities, including promotional campaigns, schemes, and market strategies.
Monitor new product launches in the nutraceutical and healthcare segment.
Gather actionable market intelligence and share insights with management to support strategic decision-making.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor dynamics to identify opportunities and threats
8. *Reporting & Compliance*
Submit daily reports as per the reporting system defined by Omnical Enterprises.
Maintain accurate data on sales, collections, and field activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.

*Qualifications & Experience:*
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or related field
3–6 years of experience in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales
Experience in key account or institutional sales preferred
