Key Responsibilities
Manage key accounts and drive sales within assigned regions.
Develop strategies to strengthen relationships with key clients and distributors.
Achieve sales targets and ensure optimal coverage across designated markets.
Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives within the region.
Requirements
Degree in Pharmacy or any Science-related discipline.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in a Key Account Manager role.
In-depth knowledge of Nigeria’s open markets and regional sales dynamics.
Demonstrated leadership with experience managing a team of at least 30.
Must have operated across all geopolitical zones of Nigeria.
