About the Role

We are looking for a Kafka Developer to design, implement, and optimize real-time data streaming solutions using Apache Kafka. If you’re passionate about high-performance, event-driven applications, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop & maintain real-time Kafka applications

✅ Manage Kafka topics, partitions, and replication

✅ Build & optimize end-to-end data pipelines

✅ Develop Kafka producers & consumers for seamless data exchange

✅ Integrate Kafka with databases, cloud services, and messaging platforms

✅ Monitor & optimize Kafka clusters for high throughput & low latency

✅ Implement security best practices (SSL, SASL, authentication)

✅ Manage Kafka brokers, ZooKeeper, and cluster administration

✅ Use tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Confluent Control Center for monitoring

✅ Maintain documentation & best practices

Required Skills

✔ Kafka Expertise – Kafka Streams, brokers, producers, consumers, and cluster management

✔ Programming – Java, Scala, or Python

✔ Big Data – Spark, Flink, or Storm (plus)

✔ Databases – SQL/NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)

✔ Cloud & DevOps – AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker

✔ Architecture – Event-driven & microservices-based systems

✔ Monitoring – Kafka Manager, ELK, Confluent Control Center

✔ Security & Scalability – Access control, authentication, high availability

✔ Problem-Solving & Collaboration – Work in cross-functional teams
