Junior Secretary

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Junior Secretary to join our team at PT Piping System Indonesia in North Jakarta, Jakarta. This full-time role will provide essential administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

What you'll be doing

Handling a range of administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements

Providing administrative support to our management team, including drafting correspondence and reports

Maintaining organised filing systems and databases to store important documents and records

Welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner

Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support supervisor

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in a similar industry

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a range of stakeholders

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

Proactive, flexible, and adaptable, with a positive attitude and the willingness to take on a variety of tasks

Able to work under pressure and be Multitasking
