Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a Junior Pre-Sales Engineer / Pre-Sales Intern who can combine technical expertise with strong communication skills. This role is ideal for someone who understands IT concepts and cybersecurity solutions while being able to articulate their benefits to clients. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions. 🔹 Deliver engaging technical presentations, product demos, and Proof of Concept (PoC) sessions. 🔹 Explain the functionalities and advantages of security products like SIEM, EDR, XDR, Security Data Lake, Firewalls, and Email Security. 🔹 Support security services, including VAPT and other assessments. 🔹 Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and documentation. 🔹 Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other technical queries. 🔹 Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors. 🔹 Collaborate with the technical team to provide post-sales support. What You Need to Have ✅ Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A sales/business-oriented master’s degree is a plus. ✅ Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT concepts, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals. ✅ Communication Skills: Ability to simplify complex technical information for clients. ✅ Security Solutions Awareness: Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, XDR, Security Data Lake, Firewalls, and Email Security. ✅ Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to adapt to new technologies and sales strategies. ✅ Relationship Building: Ability to engage with clients and address their needs effectively. Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points!) 🌟 Industry certifications like CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH, etc. 🌟 Prior experience in pre-sales, technical support, or IT consultancy. 🌟 Understanding of security solutions and architecture.
