Junior Merchandiser

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to support our merchandising team. The candidate should have good communication and coordination skills and a basic understanding of the garment production and order management process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling buyer inquiries and follow-ups

• Coordinate with vendors, factories, and internal teams

• Support in preparing and processing purchase orders

• Monitor order status and ensure timely production and delivery

• Maintain records of orders, sampling, and approvals

• Follow up on fabrics, trims, and sampling developments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Fashion, Textile, Commerce, or related field preferred)

• 0–2 years of experience in merchandising (freshers can apply)

• Good communication skills (written & verbal)

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills

• Basic knowledge of purchase orders and garment production process

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
