Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Junior Business Associate to join our client handling team in Jaipur. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communication, client engagement, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day client interactions and resolve queries effectively

• Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth implementation process

• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely support and solutions

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction

• Identify opportunities for upselling or improving service offerings

• Maintain accurate records of client communications and status updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing or business coordination role

• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset

• Proactive, self-motivated, and a go-getter attitude

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
