Junior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in requirement gathering and documentation for business needs.

• Help articulate and communicate requirements effectively, both verbally and in writing.

• Support in drafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement discussions.

• Collaborate with UI/UX design teams to review wireframes and suggest usability improvements.

• Track and manage tasks using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.

• Gain basic technical exposure to web and mobile app development.

• Participate in UAT testing and support during user training and product demos.

Required Skills:

• Business Analysis or Product Management experience.

• Basic understanding of requirements gathering and documentation.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Analytical thinking with an eye for detail.

• Exposure to UI/UX considerations and wireframe thinking.

• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Confluence is a plus.
