Ubuntu Pathways provides youth in our community with the opportunity to be trained with essential job skills and potentially placed in job in the region. Anyone interested in the program can use the form below to register as an interested applicant. This form requires anyone interested to submit documents along with their application. Please make sure to provide the correct phone number. Applicants will be sent messages or called to come in for an orientation. There is a process to follow and just filling out this application does not mean you are enrolled in the program. If we call and send a message twice and do not hear back , we will remove you from the applicant list and assume you are not interested. Demand is high for this program.

Enrolment Criteria

Ages 20-30

Has a matric certificate

Does not have a university degree or equivalent (NQF level 5+)

Does not have a criminal record

Is not currently enrolled in school or planning to go back to school within the next 12 months

Has little or no work experience

Has English fluency – our placements require candidates to speak English

Demonstrates work ethic, commitment, and good character

Candidates need to provide Ubuntu Pathways with a working number as well as a working alternative number
