Position: Japanese Graphic Specialist (Virtual Assistant)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Filipino proficient in both Japanese and English (oral and written)

JLPT N1, N2 N3 Passer or not passers

Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of Any Course (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)

Knows how to use MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel.

Experience as a desktop publishing operator or document specialist is an advantage but not required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Produces, re-creates, edits, and layouts business presentations and documents using MS Office applications.

Translates content from Kanji to English and vice versa.

Performs page-by-page quality check (red check) to ensure document or presentation is error-free

Documents job progress to ensure that hand-over jobs are completed accurately

Communicate with clients if there are clarifications about their request
