Job Description: Provides Technical and Warranty support for processors, motherboards, servers, and networking products through phone, email, and chat. Technical in nature troubleshoots and provides customer service for Products. Technical Voice/Email/Chat - Support. Typical Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field. Fresh Graduate are open to Apply Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience Target: with minimum 6 months IT related work experience (BPO/Non BPO). Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Experience in IT Technical Support/IT Helpdesk is preferred Handle level 1 and 2 support via phone and ticketing system. Has experience in providing phone technical support to end users. Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills. Has experience in a BPO Industry Amenable to working onsite in a Graveyard shift schedule Must be near WCC or willing to work in WCC Employer questions Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following types of qualifications do you have?
