Responsibilities:
Bench Management:
Manage and maintain a pool of IT consultants on the bench.
Continuously update and refresh the bench with new talent.
Monitor the availability and skills of bench resources.
Client Acquisition:
Identify potential clients who require IT consulting services.
Develop and nurture client relationships to generate new business opportunities.
Sales and Marketing:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Create marketing collateral and presentations to showcase bench resources.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, understanding their career aspirations and skillsets.
Collaborate with technical teams to match consultants with suitable client projects.
