IT Support Specialist

Job Summary The IT support specialist will oversee IT systems and assets, assist with upgrades and fixes, and provide training and support as needed. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of computer hardware and software and network maintenance, Minimum Qualification : Bachelors Experience Level : Entry level Experience Length : 3 years Job Description/Requirements Provide day -to day IT support for both hardware (Mac & Windows) and software (Mac & Windows) systems. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring timely delivery of IT solutions and services. Ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution of network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, Ethernet). Monitor and maintain Windows, Office 365 applications, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Dynamics. Use remote support tools and ticketing systems to diagnose and address technical issues. Maintain IT Inventory & ensure compliance with relevant regulations Proactively identify new trends and innovation in the business environment to leverage and position the business as a market leader .
