Job Description/Requirements
Provide day -to day IT support for both hardware (Mac & Windows) and software (Mac & Windows) systems.
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring timely delivery of IT solutions and services.
Ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution of network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, Ethernet).
Monitor and maintain Windows, Office 365 applications, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Dynamics.
Use remote support tools and ticketing systems to diagnose and address technical issues.
Maintain IT Inventory & ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Proactively identify new trends and innovation in the business environment to leverage and position the business as a market leader .
