About the Company

We are manufacturers and have Retail outlets around 37 in numbers in tamil nadu, Head office in Coimbatore and the candidate we are looking for will mostly be in coimbatore but should have a willingness to travel when needed to the outlets to fix things

Help Desk Support

Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software,and network issues.

Respond to IT support requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Document and maintain a record of support requests and resolutions.

Hardware Maintenance :

Suggest suitable configuration of Desktop and Laptops as per user requirement and assist in purchase and assembly.

Assist in the installation, setup, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware devices.

Conduct routine hardware inspections to identify and address issues promptly.

Software Support :

Install, update, and configure software applications on end-user devices as per organisational policies and requirements.

Assist users in software-related issues, including login problems, application errors, and data access.

Network Assistance :

Assist in maintaining the organizations network infrastructure, including routers, switches, access points and internet connection.

Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and assist with network configurations.

Conduct periodic maintenance of network equipment and ensure minimum downtime.

Timing 9:30 to 7:30 pm
