Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and experienced IT Sales Manager with 4–6 years of expertise in SaaS product sales, particularly targeting large enterprises in the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and close new enterprise-level CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) opportunities across manufacturing verticals like paints, tyres, chemicals, etc.
• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy aimed at high-value prospects and strategic accounts.
• Conduct in-person meetings, product demos, and discovery sessions with senior decision-makers (Directors, VPs, and C-level executives).
• Understand customer maintenance workflows and position our CMMS solution as a strategic tool for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored proposals and impactful solutions.
• Manage the complete consultative sales cycle, from cold outreach to contract negotiation and closure.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer challenges to enhance positioning and messaging.
• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline data and sales forecasts.
• Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 4+ years of B2B field sales experience in SaaS or enterprise software, especially in domains like ERP, maintenance, operations, or asset management.
• Engineering degree required; Business Management background is a plus.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
