About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. 2. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals. 3. Assist in the setup and configuration of network devices, such as routers, switches, and firewalls. 4. Manage user accounts and permissions in accordance with company policies. 5. Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments. 6. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including system updates, backups, and antivirus scans. 7. Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. 8. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry. 9. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues. 10. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding information security and data privacy.
