Job Title: IT Infrastructure – Desktop Support (L1 & L2)

Experience Required: 0 – 6 months (Freshers Welcome)

Location: Powai, Andheri, Parel, Santacruz – Mumbai

Working Days: 6 Days Working (Monday to Saturday)

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM / 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on performance and interview)

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our IT Infrastructure team as Desktop Support Engineers (L1 & L2). Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of IT support experience are welcome to apply. The role offers strong growth opportunities and hands-on experience across multiple locations in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

Level 1 Support (L1):

• Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and basic IT peripherals.

• Troubleshoot software issues (Windows OS, MS Office, basic applications).

• Handle password resets, email configurations, and basic network connectivity issues.

• Record and track service requests in the ticketing system.

• Perform routine hardware and software maintenance checks.

• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the L2 team.

Level 2 Support (L2):

• Advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related problems.

• Install, configure, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and basic networking devices.

• Assist with user account creation, permissions, and IT asset management.

• Support remote employees through remote desktop tools.

• Coordinate with vendors for warranty and service-related concerns.

• Maintain system updates, antivirus, and data backup activities.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office suite.

• Understanding of computer hardware components and basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi).

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to diagnose technical issues methodically.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Basic IT certifications like CompTIA A+, N+, MCP are advantageous.

• Internship or lab experience in IT/Desktop Support is a plus.
