Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Governance Analyst located in Thane. The IT Governance Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the network administration, ensuring the security and integrity of the company's data, and troubleshooting IT-related issues. Day-to-day tasks will include maintaining and updating IT policies, working with other departments to identify IT needs, and providing customer service to ensure smooth IT operations.

Qualifications

• Network Administration and Network Security skills

• Information Technology and Troubleshooting skills

• Strong Customer Service skills

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus
