IT BUSINESS ANALYST (CONTRACTUAL)

The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for the project. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of agile methodologies, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable user stories and customer journeys

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into IT solutions.

• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow documentation.

• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other IT teams to ensure successful solution implementation. • Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training.

• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend technology-driven solutions.

• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.

• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and frameworks.

• Experience with requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio, Click Up, DrawIO).

• Proven experience in the banking and finance industry, loans, or accounting projects.

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
