An Islamic E-commerce store with iconic brands in the Islamic space is looking for a proactive Marketing & Ops Assistant (female) to join their team to assist in managing day-to-day operations. We are ideally looking for someone with a good eye for design and video.

Duties include but not limited to:

Responding to customer queries (via email, WhatsApp, and social media)

Preparing & dispatching orders

Creating and managing social media content (with a focus on graphic design, photography & videography)

Updating and managing the website

Assisting in design and development of new products

Other administrative tasks

What we’re looking for:

Strong Graphic Design skills (Canva Proficiency is a must!)

Attention to detail - no typo or misprint gets past you

Creative flair and the ability to produce engaging content

Organised, reliable and able to work independently

Self motivated with excellent time management skills

Working hours: Monday - Friday

Salary: R6000 - R7000 pm depending on experience

Start date: Mid May 2025 THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION

Location: Durban CBD
