Job Descriptions:
Ensuring excellent service to shareholders, bondholders and other stakeholders, particularly in preparation for the General Meeting of Shareholders.
Assisting in providing administrative support to the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and Committees for regular meetings.
Compiling, preparing and maintaining monthly shareholding composition reports.
Assisting in corporate activities such as public expose, CSR programs, and other investor-related events.
Supporting the company in publishing announcements on the Company’s website and IDX’s website.
Assisting in the preparation and issuance of the Annual Report.
Compiling, verifying and maintaining records of the company’s daily transactions .
Organizing and managing corporate documents and correspondence efficiently.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Administration/Management/Accounting/Law.
Minimum 1 – 2 years of work experience in a related field, is preferable.
Experience in handling IDXnet & SPE/KSEI system is an advantage.
Basic knowledge in finance & accounting.
Proficiency in English (both oral and written).
Computer literate with strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, fast learner, independent, proactive and well-organized.
