Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Recruitment Coordinator. The successful candidate will have relevant experience in a high-volume role and a proven track record of building rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.
Main responsibilities include:
• Managing interview schedules for multiple parties, ensuring all are available and informed of interview times and locations.
• Arranging logistical aspects of interviews, such as booking meeting rooms and coordinating video conferencing facilities.
• Coordinating panel interviews involving multiple interviewers, briefing all panel members on the interview format and providing access to candidate information beforehand.
A strong understanding of scheduling software's, such as Google Meet, Zoom, Skype, Cisco Webex, and MS Teams, is highly desirable.
