As a Social Media and Marketing Intern at a cruise ship recruitment agency, you will be responsible for supporting the agency's social media and marketing efforts. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in the dynamic field of digital marketing and contribute to the agency's online presence and branding strategies.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to promote the agency's services, job openings, and events.

Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels.

Analyze social media metrics and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.

Content Creation:

Create compelling and visually appealing content, including graphics, images, videos, and written posts, for social media platforms.

Collaborate with the recruitment team to gather information and create content related to cruise ship jobs, industry updates, and career advice.

Ensure all content aligns with the agency's brand guidelines and reflects a professional and engaging tone.

Community Engagement:

Foster and grow the agency's online community by interacting with followers, engaging in conversations, and promoting user-generated content.

Identify and engage with relevant influencers, bloggers, and industry partners to expand the agency's online reach.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation.

Marketing Campaign Support:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote the agency's services and recruit candidates.

Conduct research on target audiences and contribute to the development of marketing personas.

Assist in creating marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and email newsletters.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
