The areas of responsibility include but are not limited to: Delivering a positive and professional client service experience to branch customers. Managing client inquiries at branches and documenting activities and outcomes. Escalating customer complaints or complex queries to supervisors and Member Value Manager in a timely manner. Providing clients with onboarding assistance onto AVBOB Member Rewards Programme. Building positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes. Maintaining client records and documenting processes. Through post service surveys, identifying potential client services concerns and facilitating proactive intervention steps. Keep an eye on emerging trends in client services and assist the team in leveraging these trends. Recommending product improvements based on client services feedback.
