Support social media operations such as scheduling posts, uploading content, and writing captions.

Conduct research on social media trends and propose ideas for engagement content and social media campaigns.

Execute the production of engagement content.

Prepare social media data/insights for reporting purposes and provide improvement recommendations.

Collaborate with the internal team to ensure uploaded content aligns with company standards.
