Role Overview We seek a dynamic and customer-focused professional to handle premium customer interactions, manage sales inquiries, and provide a "white-glove" shopping experience. The ideal candidate will deeply understand fabric, fashion, and market trends while excelling in converting online leads into sales. Additionally, the candidate will manage inventory and shipping processes and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth product availability. Key Responsibilities • Engage with customers on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms to provide a personalized shopping experience. • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and assist with product selection based on fabric, design, and market trends. • Convert online leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion. • Manage inventory and order processing using Shopify and Shiprocket. • Coordinate with saree vendors to arrange product availability and ensure timely restocking. • Oversee the shipping process to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. • Stay updated with the latest fashion and textile trends to provide informed recommendations to customers. • Work in a high-paced startup environment with a strong growth mindset, contributing to brand expansion and customer engagement strategies. Requirements • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or e-commerce, preferably in fashion or luxury retail. • Strong knowledge of fabrics, especially silk and Banarasi weaves. • Familiarity with market trends in ethnic fashion and sarees. • Proficiency in managing Shopify and Shiprocket for order and inventory management. • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to engage customers effectively. • Strong negotiation and sales conversion skills. • Ability to multitask and work in a high-growth startup environment. • Passion for fashion and an understanding of customer preferences in the premium segment.
