Key Responsibilities:

• Independently take up the recruitment for leadership assignments across APAC & EMEA for different industries.

• Directly responsible for client management and key account management.

• Sourcing and recruiting of candidates by initial screening, personal interviews / telephonic interviews and handling the entire joining process of the candidates.

• Applying technology, google, LinkedIn and Social media for talent search and mapping.

• Involve in Data mining and research of target industries and companies.

• Understand and analyze overall Client job roles, talent needs and requirements.

• Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with candidates.

• Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Practice Leader/Principal Consultant.
