We are focused on creating impactful programs that address critical customer needs in health and wellness through technology-driven solutions and customer-centric approaches. About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Pre-MBA Intern to join our dynamic Founders Office and New Business Ventures team for a 4-6 month internship. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative health and wellness projects, including our online skincare and medical weight management programs. It is a great opportunity to work directly with leadership and get hands-on exposure to building new ventures from scratch. Ideal candidates will bring consulting, high-growth startup, or entrepreneurial experience to the table. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making for both skincare and weight management pilots. • Operational Support: Assist in day-to-day operations, including tracking key performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to drive project success. • Data Insights: Analyze data to uncover trends, customer insights, and improvement opportunities across both ventures. • Project Support: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Qualifications: • 2-4 years of experience in consulting, high-growth startups, or entrepreneurial ventures. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. • Passion for health, wellness, and driving impact through innovative solutions. Duration: 4-6 months (flexible start date, ideal for candidates heading to US/EU MBA programs in the second half of 2025)
