Educate patients about HexaHealth services and guide them through their healthcare options. 2. Assess patient needs and recommend suitable hospitals or doctors. 3. Respond to patient inquiries and provide accurate, helpful information. 4. Coordinate with hospitals and internal teams to ensure smooth patient journeys. 5. Maintain patient records and follow up for feedback and support. 6. Assist in process improvement and enhance the patient experience.
