Overview:

As an HR Intern, you will play a pivotal role in managing various human resources functions within our

organization. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and

ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented

professional who can contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

-Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and scheduling interviews.

-Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate with candidates for interviews.

-Assist in taking interviews alongside the HR team.

-Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.

-Maintain and update employee and intern records.

-Help organize and execute employee engagement activities.

-Assist with payroll coordination and benefits administration.

-Make follow-up and coordination calls to candidates, vendors, and internal teams.

-Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR team.

Skills & Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

-Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
