JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
Create patterns on computer using Lectra and available references, keeping in mind the specific shrinkages on denim as well as specific needs by factory based on automated machinery.
Liaise with Designer on requirements
Communicate with Sample Room on requirements
Measure Garments
Grading
Attend Fit Sessions with Designer
Liaise with retail Technologist
Handle queries from factories
Qualifications and Experience:
Matric
A relevant Pattern Making/Grading certification and/or qualification
Experience with the Lectra Windows system would be advantageous.
Garment Construction knowledge.
Skills:

Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Multi-tasking with the ability to focus and attend to multiple things
To be able to perform at a high level of accuracy with little supervision
