About the Role

CropXplore® is building a data-driven agritech platform combining drones, crop monitoring, and AI-powered insights. This role focuses on developing structured agricultural content that can power AI systems, farmer advisories, and digital platforms.

As an AI Content Development Intern, you will work at the intersection of agriculture, data, and content, helping convert real field knowledge into AI-ready formats.

Key Responsibilities

🌾 Agriculture Content Development

• Create structured content on crops, pests, diseases, and agronomic practices
• Develop crop-stage-wise advisory content
• Simplify technical agronomy into farmer-friendly language

🤖 AI & Data Structuring

• Convert agricultural knowledge into structured datasets for AI use
• Tag and organize data (crop stage, pest type, severity, treatment)
• Assist in building knowledge bases for digital platforms

📊 Field Data Integration

• Work with field teams to collect real crop observations
• Align content with actual on-ground conditions
• Support validation of AI-generated insights

🧠 Content Optimization

• Improve clarity, accuracy, and usability of content
• Assist in multilingual adaptation (local language + English)
• Ensure consistency across content formats

🔗 Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with agronomy, product, and tech teams
• Support development of farmer-facing digital tools
• Assist in pilot testing of content in real use cases

Eligibility

• Students or graduates in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related fields
• Strong interest in AI, content, and digital agriculture
• Basic understanding of crops, pests, and farming practices
• Good writing and structuring ability
• Kannada communication skills preferred (plus)
