About The Role: The Partner Growth Intern will support the Marketplace team with app operations, partner relations & growth. HUDLE partners are sports venues including but not limited to schools, private venues, clubs, sports complexes, and event organizers. Duties & Responsibilities: • Being responsible for up to 50 Partner venues in a region • Maintaining Correctness of Information: Venue listing details like address, slot price and availability to avoid cancellations and bad player experience • Growing the number of transactions on Hudle for these partner venues through innovative ideas and execution • Building business relationships with current and potential partners • Daily interaction with partners to understand their needs and offering solutions and support • Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow the number of partners • Understand the technology & products; give demos to partners • Maintaining a database of existing partners with their latest updates Requirements & Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (fluency in both English, Hindi & local Language) • Freshers are welcome; Experience in Account Management, Client Relationships, Venue Operations or Growth roles is a bonus • Excellent professionalism; ownership & accountability for their work • Attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with partners (Hindi and English mandatory; other regional languages are a bonus) • Comfortable working with Technology and Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Self-motivated and willing to learn.
