Reports To: Principal Architect

Key Responsibilities

Lead development of innovative design concepts, layouts, mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visuals.

Ensure designs meet client needs, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Manage multiple projects—prepare BOQs, detailed drawings & specifications.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, site teams, vendors & contractors.

Conduct site visits and ensure smooth project execution.

Guide, mentor & review work of junior designers and draftsmen.

What We’re Looking For

6–10+ years of experience in interior design with 2–3+ years in senior/leadership role.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Revit (preferred).

Strong design sensibility, communication & leadership skills.

Experience in residential, commercial, retail, or hospitality projects.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
