Responsibilities

Assist in data collection and analysis using tools such as MS Excel

Support the delivery of in-app resources (such as banners), ensuring they are set up on time and free from errors

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and follow up on deliverables

Perform ad hoc tasks related to campaign operation and data tracking

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Actively enrolled University student who is able to work 4-5 days a week

Good Excel knowledge [Vlookup, Sumif, Pivot table] and basic knowledge of design software such as Canva and Figma

Good analytical thinker - Comfortable with data processing

Preferred Qualifications

Strong communication and organizational skills

Experience working on data entry, reporting, or content management tasks from school projects and internships

Excellent attention to detail and a track record of meeting deadlines accurately and on time
