The company aims to provide comprehensive insurance solutions to its customers. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for inside sales activities including lead generation and customer service. The candidate will manage and lead a team to ensure sales targets are met, providing excellent customer service and efficient handling of customer inquiries. Qualifications: • Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation • Skills in Customer Service and handling customer inquiries • Proven ability in Team Management and Team Leadership • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Experience in the insurance sector is a plus
