About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Lead management: - Call and follow up with leads provided by the company. - Understand client requirements and pitch suitable services. 2. Client communication: - Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. - Serve as the main point of contact for clients during pre-production and post-production stages. 3. Coordination: - Work closely with the production team to ensure client expectations are met. - Update clients about progress and resolve any concerns. 4. Reporting: - Maintain records of calls and conversions. - Provide weekly reports on lead conversion rates.
