Inside Sales Executive

Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers Welcome)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday, if applicable)

Compensation: ₹6.08 LPA (Fixed Package)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to manage and convert student leads provided by our partner institutes. You will be responsible for guiding prospective students, explaining course offerings, and assisting them throughout the enrollment process. Your performance will directly contribute to student success and institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with student leads via calls, emails, and digital communication platforms.

Conduct webinars or one-on-one counseling sessions to explain course details, career prospects, and benefits.

Guide students through the complete enrollment journey from inquiry to final registration.

Maintain accurate records of leads and update CRM systems regularly.

Achieve monthly enrollment targets and contribute to revenue generation.

Collaborate with reporting managers and team members to enhance sales strategies and performance.

Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.

Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
