Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Consultant, located in Navi Mumbai. The Inside Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating leads, providing excellent customer service, maintaining communication with potential clients, and building strong relationships. Day-to-day tasks include phone calls, emails, and meetings to convert leads into memberships and provide ongoing support to members.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills

• Proficiency in Relationship Building

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of clients

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Prior experience in the fitness industry is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
