Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
Influencer Identification & Relationship Management – Discover and connect with relevant influencers across platforms, building strong relationships across tiers (micro to celebrity).
Campaign Strategy & Execution – Plan and execute creative influencer campaigns in collaboration with internal teams, from ideation to go-live.
Performance Analysis – Track campaign metrics, analyze performance, and deliver insightful reports to optimize results.
Negotiation & Deliverables Management – Lead influencer negotiations, manage contracts, and ensure timely, brand-aligned content delivery.
Trendspotting & Innovation – Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and viral content to keep campaigns innovative and relevant.
