Industrial Development

Project Manager- India (F/M/X)

Objective of the position:

We are looking for an industrial development Project Manager to be part of the ITP Aero's strategic project in India.

We would appreciate Work experience in:

1. Definition and execution of an Industrial Plan.

• Product families definition

• Value Stream Mapping analysis (current situation, desired situation)

• Load-Capacity analysis

• Layout and migration plan definition to create flow

• Investments management: Investments and expenses plan definition, carry out the necessary investments, including definition of the specifications of the needed equipment, monitor the investments and expenses compared to budget

2. Lean Tools:

• Definition and implementation of standards in production lines, ensuring safe, stable and efficient processes. Definition of work standards.

• Implementation of Lean tools based on the action plans identified in the Lean Assessments.

• Expansion of Lean concepts + Benchmarking of best practices.

• Know and handle management tools (Lean Manufacturing, TPM, SMED, etc.)

• Definition of OEE control and management tools.

3. Project Management

Who we are looking for:

• Education: Engineering (organizational or mechanical)

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience, ideally more than 5

• Languages: Fluent English

• Soft Skills:

• Dynamic person used to work in multidisciplinary team

• Teamwork skills in a multicultural environment

• Data driven analysis

• Leadership
