Education Qualification

• An advanced degree such as a MBA or PhD or masters in science, engineering etc;

• * Minimal of 8-12 years relevant top tier consulting, industry or functional work experience showing strong career progression and (academic) achievement with minimum 4 yrs. experience in leading multi stakeholder teams and complex work streams in top tier consulting firms

• Practical experience in one or more of the following: o Strategy or strategic planning; Project leadership

• Organizational restructuring/transformation

• Business development, marketing, or sales

• Digital Strategy & transformations

• Ability to adapt and work across multiple sectors, problem areas, demonstrating superior business acumen, ability to manage teams in consulting

• Willingness to travel domestic & international to client locations
