Lily hospitals Limited, established since 1986 remains one of the foremost hospitals in Nigeria and within the South-South region of the country. It is the first private hospital in Nigeria to achieve ISO 9001:2000 quality management system certification from the Standards Organization of Nigeria (SON) and was also recently accredited with COHSASA (Council for Health Service Accreditation of Southern Africa) Certificate.

We are recruiting to fill the position of an ICT Officer

Experience Level: Intermediate

What You Will Be Doing

Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.

Installing, configuring, and maintaining complex software applications.

Providing technical support for computer systems and addressing inquiries.

Building and configuring firewalls for network security.

Managing and maintaining the Active Directory infrastructure.

Optimizing Wi-Fi and LAN networks for peak performance.

Securing the organization’s website from potential threats.

Requirements

Must Have:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Proven work experience in IT support or a similar role.

Hardware & Software Troubleshooting.

Understanding of Office Equipment

Computer Usage

Systems Repair

Complex Software Installation

Active Directory Knowledge

Wi-Fi and Networking

Firewall Configuration

Website Security

Technical Support.

Good to Have:

Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., CISCO)

Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
