Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Labor Relations & Compliance
Lead or assist in negotiations and administration of employee benefits and labor agreements.
Provide guidance on labor contract interpretation and compliance.
Recruitment & Talent Management:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR programs, including workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.
Foster positive employee relations and engagement initiatives.
HR Administration & Payroll:
Maintain and manage data within the HR Information System (HRIS).
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry standards, and internal HR policies.
Training & Development:
Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs.
Implement leadership assessments and total rewards programs to enhance employee experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR, with expertise in benefits, compensation, employee relations, recruitment, and public relations.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR software.
Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of employment laws, benefits administration, and government regulations.
