We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic HR Intern to join our growing team and gain hands-on experience in HR operations within the finance industry. Role and Responsibilities: As an HR Intern at KreditVenture, you will be working closely with the HR team to support various HR functions. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Assisting in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. • Coordinating with candidates and employees regarding interview schedules, onboarding, and documentation. • Supporting in employee engagement activities and organizing HR events or workshops. • Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases. • Assisting in the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations. • Helping with the administration of payroll and employee benefits. • Assisting in performance management and other HR processes. • Researching and helping implement HR best practices to enhance organizational effectiveness. • Performing any other HR-related tasks as needed. Requirements: • Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and employee management within a corporate setting. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn. • Prior experience or internships in HR will be a plus but not mandatory.
