Position: Sales HR Experience: 3–4 Years Location: Bangalore or Delhi (Preferred) Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Fintech / Financial Services About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and process-oriented Sales HR professional to manage pan-India sales hiring, ensure sales discipline, and drive rule-based business practices through the effective use of technology. This role is pivotal to shaping a performance-driven and compliant sales culture. Key Responsibilities • End-to-End Sales Hiring: Lead the recruitment lifecycle for sales roles across India—from workforce planning to onboarding. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Business Heads and Regional Managers to align hiring with business needs and targets. • Candidate Pipeline Development: Build strong sourcing channels and maintain a ready pool of qualified sales candidates. • Onboarding & Induction: Facilitate seamless onboarding and ensure all compliance requirements are met for new hires. • Sales Expense Tracking & Governance: • Monitor and validate sales team expenses in line with company policies. • Implement discipline in travel, lodging, and operational reimbursements. • Highlight discrepancies and enforce corrective actions. • Sales Discipline & Compliance: • Support field-level compliance and attendance monitoring. • Work with RMs/Cluster Heads to enforce rules and SOPs in day-to-day sales functioning. • Drive Technology Adoption: • Champion the use of internal systems like HRMS, CRM, sales apps, and expense tools. • Ensure regular and correct usage by the sales team; conduct refreshers or training as needed. • Performance & Training Coordination: • Support identification of training needs and coordinate execution. • Track low performers and help initiate PIPs in collaboration with Sales Managers. • Process & Data Discipline: • Maintain updated HR records, MIS, and dashboards for sales hiring and compliance. • Ensure data integrity and timely reporting. Key Requirements • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in sales HR, preferably within BFSI, fintech, or high-growth startups. • Strong understanding of pan-India sales team management, regional hiring practices, and compliance needs. • Experience in monitoring field expenses and enforcing discipline in a decentralized team structure. • Familiarity with HRMS tools (e.g., Keka) and sales automation platforms. • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. • Organized, tech-savvy, and data-driven mindset. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in HR or related field preferred. • Strong analytical and process orientation with a knack for solving real-time field challenges. • Ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced, performance-led environment.
